The spark
Alex and Priya leave their roles to explore how generative AI can transform content creation. XaltraX Inc. is incorporated in Delaware.
2023
First prototype
FLUX VideoForge alpha launches in private beta with 50 design agencies. The first AI video is generated from a text prompt in 42 seconds.
2024
Public launch
FLUX opens to the public. 2,400+ marketing teams onboard in the first six months. Pro and Team plans ship alongside Campaign AI and Smart Scheduling.
2026
The road ahead
Expanding into real-time collaborative editing, enterprise-grade compliance, and a marketplace for custom AI models and templates.
